Terms of Use

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may not impersonate anyone or use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for the reviews, ratings, lists, videos, comments and messages you share (“Content”). You confirm that you own your Content or are authorised to share it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to display your Content on the Platform; you remain the owner of your Content.

On the Platform you may not:

• Share unlawful content, hate speech, or content that harasses, threatens or glorifies violence.
• Distribute obscene content, spam, fraud or misleading content.
• Infringe others' copyright, trademark or personal rights.
• Harass, target, or share others' personal data without consent.
• Scrape data with automated tools/bots, or probe or attempt to bypass system security.
• Generate fake engagement (artificial likes, follows, ratings).

We may remove or hide Content that breaches these terms or community rules, and warn, suspend or close your account. Users can report inappropriate content; we review reports.

The Platform's design, logo and software belong to us. Film/series metadata and images come from TMDB; the Platform is not endorsed by TMDB. TMDB trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from Content shared by users or from your use of the Platform.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate your access if you breach these terms.
