Your personal data is processed by the data controller Zentium Studio within the scope described below. Contact: onur.gokce@zentiumstudio.com.

• Identity/Contact: username, display name, email address.
• User content: reviews, ratings, lists, videos, comments, likes, follow relationships, direct messages.
• Transaction security: hashed password, session cookie, IP address, device/browser info, log records.

• Creating membership, authenticating identity and managing sessions.
• Providing Platform services (reviews, ratings, lists, videos, social interaction, messaging).
• Ensuring information security and preventing fraud and abuse.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and handling your requests.

• Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (the membership agreement).
• Compliance with the data controller's legal obligations.
• The data controller's legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (security, abuse prevention).
• Your explicit consent where required.

Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the registration form, your profile and settings pages, the content you create, and your use of the Platform.

Your personal data is shared with the cloud infrastructure and service providers we use to deliver the service. Since these providers' servers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred internationally under KVKK art. 9:

• Vercel Inc. — application hosting (USA).
• Supabase — database and file hosting.
• Resend — email delivery.
• TMDB — film/series metadata (your personal data is not transferred).

Transfers are carried out in line with the conditions required by KVKK and, where necessary, based on your explicit consent.

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad.
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Request erasure or destruction when the conditions are met.
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can send requests regarding your rights to onur.gokce@zentiumstudio.com. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest (if it requires additional cost, the tariff set by the Board may apply).
