Child Safety Standards

The following are strictly prohibited on rateME and are removed on sight:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text or links
• Sexualisation of minors, including in reviews, lists, comments, usernames, profile photos and direct messages
• Grooming, solicitation or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes
• Sextortion, trafficking, or promoting, normalising or seeking such material

These rules apply to every part of the service, including private messages, and to content merely linked from rateME.

rateME is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and older where local law requires a higher age. Accounts we identify as belonging to someone under the age limit are closed.

Anyone can report a child safety concern, with or without an account:

• In the app: tap the flag icon on any review, comment, video, message or profile and choose “Child safety / child abuse”.
• By e-mail, at any time: onur.gokce@zentiumstudio.com

Child safety reports are prioritised above every other report type. You do not need to be the affected person to report.

• Reported content is reviewed as a priority and removed if it violates these standards.
• The account responsible is suspended or permanently terminated, and we act to prevent the same person creating a new account.
• Suspected CSAM is preserved as required by law and reported to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable and, in Türkiye, to the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) and the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor.
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

• Reporting and blocking tools are available on every profile, review, comment, video and message.
• Direct messages are limited to people who follow each other, which removes unsolicited contact from strangers.
• The service is rated for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children.
• These standards are reviewed as the service grows and updated when our practices change.
